We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to join our friendly and driven Grafton Recruitment team in Leeds. You’ll be part of a well-established brand that’s part of Gi Group, one of the largest recruitment groups globally — giving you access to excellent tools, training, and networks, while still working in a close-knit, supportive local team.

What you’ll be doing:

Developing new and existing client relationships through proactive business development and networking

Building and maintaining a strong candidate network within your specialist market

Managing the full 360 recruitment process — from taking briefs and sourcing talent to negotiating offers and managing placements

Identifying opportunities to grow your desk and contribute to the wider team’s success

Working collaboratively with a team that genuinely celebrates each other’s achievements

What we’re looking for:

Around 12 months’ experience in recruitment (any sector welcome)

Confidence in developing new business and building long-term client partnerships

A proactive, positive mindset and strong communication skills

Someone who enjoys being part of a supportive, ambitious team
